Per segon any consecutiu, el Hard Rock apareix a Eurovisió de la mà dels països escandinaus...

Després de l'èxit dels noruegs Wig Warm amb la cançó "In my dreams", que van aconseguir la novena posició en el Festival d'Eurovisió 2005 a Kyiv, aquest any el país nòrdic que ha apostat per una cançó hard rock simfònic per tal de ser representada a Eurovisió ha estat Finlàndia.
I Finlàndia ha escollit la banda "Lordi" per provar sort i veure com la seva històrica participació a Eurovisió aconsegueix uns resultats més relevants, doncs segurament amb Portugal, ha estat un dels països més castigats amb la manca de vots rebuts a Eurovisió.
La cançó que ens presenten enguany els "Lordi" per Finlàndia, dins del Hard Rock, es titula "Hard Rock Hallelujah"... No puc dir que sigui el meu estil preferit de música, però com a mínim fan una patxoca més professional que la que feien l'any passat els noruegs "Wig Warm"... Per als que volgueu disfrutar del videoclip de la cançó que representarà Finlàndia a Eurovisió, aquí el podeu visionar... La pregunta és si els "Lordi" podran comptar amb expectacle pirotècnic durant la seva actuació de la semifinal del 18 de maig a Atenes...
