Suïssa o com repetir l'experiència de participar a Eurovisió amb cantants estrangers...

Bé, el 2005 va ser un any fructífer per a la delegació suïssa a Eurovisió. Amb el grup femení estonià Vanilla Ninja, amb el tema "Cool vibes", es va assegurar la participació helvètica directament a la final d'Eurovisió d'enguany 2006 el dia 20 d'aquest mes a Atenes.

Aquest any, però, Suïssa, malgrat repetir l'experiència de ser representada per cantants estrangers, ha preferit passar d'un grup consolidat, com les estonianes Vanilla Ninja, a un grup muntat a mida per a participar al Festival d'Eurovisió, i amb una cançó que és mig una balada, mig un himne... Personalment, tinc els meus dubtes en que l'experiment surti tant bé com l'any passat, però mai es sap...

El grup que representa enguany a Suïssa s'anomena Six4One, i tal com s'ha comentat, s'ha format a la mida per participar al festival. Sixe4One està composat per sis cantants originaris de diversos països del continent europeu.

Claudia D'Addio és l'única component helvètica del sextet, i prové d'un programa de caça talents musicals com va ser en el seu dia OT. Des de la banda sueca Alcazar ens ve el cantant Andreas Lundstedt. Alcazar ja havia participat en algun Melodiefestivalen amb l'objectiu de representar Suècia a Eurovisió. Tinka va ser la gran defenestrada el 2005 en la preselecció bosniana per a representar Bòsnia a Eurovisió 2005. Aquest any es treu l'espina participant per Suïssa. L'adolescent Liel és la tercera noia del sextet a mida, i ve d'Israel. Marco Matias, nascut a Portugal i resident a Alemanya, també va quedar-se amb les ganes de representar Alemanya a Eurovisió 2005 com a duo amb Nicole Süsmilch. Per últim, el maltés Keith Camilleri serà el sisè component d'aquesta formació de pesos pesants de la cançó festivalera... A veure si veritablement s'aconsegueix que hi hagi bona química en aquest grup fet a mida, i Suïssa s'ensurt amb aquest himne-balada, titulat "If we all give a little" ("Si tots nosaltres donem una mica"). Claudia has a own Single comming out. The song is fucking Hoooot. It's a Rock-Song mixed with Urban-Beats and Oriental sounds. It's abolutely great. The Song is called "You can't stop me" and there is also a ballad on it. If you liked "i believe i can fly" from R. Kelly, you will totally dig it. It's in Italian and called "Identità". Terrific vocals, beautiful song great singer!!!!!!! In Switzerland they call her "The Voice". Totally appropriate.

It's interesting to see that the last representatives in Eurosong Contest born in Switzerland have Italian as their mother tonge... Maybe we will return to listen Italian songs in Eurosong Contest thanks to Switzerland? Yes, its very difficult, German and French are the most spoken languages in Switzerland, but I wish it ;-)
