Per a tots aquells que us agradi fer-vos un \u201cbany de bosc\u201d trobareu un itinerari marcat que comen\u00e7a al costat mateix de la casa forestal de Castellfollit. Es tracta d\u2019un recorregut d\u2019una mica m\u00e9s de tres quilometres, sense massa pendents, i d\u2019una gran vellesa que transcorre pel mig del bosc.<\/p>\n

Es tracta de caminar sense presa i contemplant la natura. La meva recomanaci\u00f3 es fer-ho a la tardor o a l\u2019hivern, quan la humitat del bosc encara li dona molt m\u00e9s encant.<\/p>\n
