Va ser  un acte senzill, per\u00f2 no per aix\u00f2 deix\u00e0 de ser important. \u00c9s per  aix\u00f2  que us agra\u00efm a tots i a totes la vostra assist\u00e8ncia. L\u2019acte va consistir  en uns parlaments per part del president de l\u2019ACTAC, del  periodista  Ricard Lahoz -que fins no fa gaire temps ha estat director  de Tarragona  R\u00e0dio- i del regidor Francisco Zapater.
